Labels are a powerful tool for organizing and categorizing items on your IKOL website. By grouping tasks, leads, clients, and more with labels, you can easily manage and filter important elements. How To Create and Manage Labels

To get started, head to the settings tab and select Labels. You can create new labels by clicking the plus button, then simply add a name, description, and choose a color. Once saved, your new label will be available for use across your website. You can also organize your labels by dragging and dropping them in the desired order, making it easier to assign them later in tasks, leads, and more.

Using Labels Across Tasks, Leads, Clients, and Team Members

Labels are a powerful way to organize and categorize different elements within your system. Whether you're managing tasks, tracking leads, organizing client information, or coordinating with your team, labels help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Tasks

In the Tasks tab, labels allow you to categorize work by priority, department, project type, or any custom category that suits your workflow. You can filter tasks based on labels to quickly find relevant work items. To assign a label, simply edit an individual task and choose from your predefined labels.

Leads

The Leads tab also benefits from labels, making it easier to track potential customers and segment follow-ups. You can assign labels to leads based on industry, status (e.g., "Hot," "Cold,", or any other criteria that help manage sales pipelines effectively. Labels also enable quick filtering, so you can focus on high-priority leads at a glance.

Clients

In the Clients tab, labels help keep customer information well-organized. You can categorize clients by type (e.g., "VIP," "Recurring," "New"), industry, or any other relevant details. This makes it easy to search for specific client groups and tailor your communication accordingly.

Team Members

For team organization, labels in the Team tab provide a way to categorize employees based on roles, departments, skill sets, or even availability. This is particularly useful for assigning the right people to the right projects, ensuring that team collaboration runs smoothly.

By utilizing labels across all these areas, you create a more structured, easily navigable system that enhances productivity and keeps key information at your fingertips.
