Where Can You Use Labels
Labels come in handy for managing various aspects of your business - your tasks, resources, and clients can all be organized with ease. Here's how you can use labels on different items within IKOL:
Tasks
Labels can be used for grouping your team's jobs by criteria such as priority or department. To assign a label to any task saved in your calendar (available from the Tasks tab), select that task and click the pencil icon to start editing it. Then, simply click 'Select labels' and pick all labels you'd like to assign, or add a new one.
Leads
Another area where you can take advantage of labels is the Leads tab. Using them for defining different groups of potential clients makes it easier to plan separate follow-ups for each lead. Consider basing your lead categories on industry or status.
Clients
Labels can be assigned not only to your prospects, but also to all clients who have already made a purchase, listed in the Clients tab. We recommend organizing by their type (VIP, New, etc.) or location in order to establish the most efficient communiaction for each group.
Team Members
Team tab also allows you to add labels to each of your employees, which proves particularly helpful for assigning right people to appropriate projects or services they can handle. Your best option is to assign labels based on job positions, availability, or skills.
💡Tip:
You can also add new labels from each of the tabs mentioned above. All labels will be saved in the Labels menu, regardless of where they were created.
By using labels across all these areas, you add a clear structure to your operations. As a result, your business becomes easier to manage, which in turn increases your productivity.
